Supplies Needed:

  • A brown paper grocery bag
  • Colorful paper, fabric scraps, food wrappers
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  • Glue

Instructions:

  • Draw a potato shape on a brown paper bag. It must be as big as your hand or it will be too hard to glue the facial features on it.
  • Cut out the potato shape.
  • Using scrap paper, fabric or food wrappers, cut out the eyes, nose, mouth, hat, bowtie or other desired features.
  • Glue the features onto the brown paper potato head.
  • Enjoy!

Be GREEN this St. Patrick's Day!

  • Instead of driving places, encourage your family to walk! It'll save on gas and give you some time to spend in the warm outdoors!
  • Start a compost pile for spring! It's a great way to keep food scraps out of landfills and fertilze your garden!
